Venues in Manukau

Manukau is primed to become a top spot for meetings, conventions and conferences.  Location is everything.  Manukau is New Zealand's hub for both domestic and international travel.  The city centre is just 25kms from Auckland CBD, 10kms from Auckland Airport and with excellent north/south road links.

The TelstraClear Pacific Events Centre is the new themed flagship venue based on the 'waka'.  It boasts a 700-seat performing arts theatre, 2,500-seat indoor arena as well as numerous function rooms and ancillary spaces. Also new to the meetings scene is Villa Maria Winery, combining meeting and function facilities for up to 700 with wine tasting and tours of the vineyards. 

Another great venue is Ti Papa Special Events Centre located in the beautiful Clevedon countryside, surrounded by 90 acres of farmland.   Manukau Meetings is the new conference arm at Rainbow's End Theme Park offering traditional conference room facilities as well as unique meeting spaces  in the Golf Harbour Conference Village, a group of 3 meeting ‘chalets’ with a 12-hole mini golf course in landscaped grounds.
Bucklands Beach Yacht Club offers meeting and function facilities for 250 people and boasts Manukau's best views of Rangitoto.  Nearer to the airport is Butterfly Creek, another excellent facility for receptions, functions, weddings and meetings.  In addition, the Centra Auckland Airport, Hotel Grand Chancellor and the Jet Inn, both located by the airport, are established conference hotels.
